MUST:
Experienced GIS Analyst
4 7 years as GIS Analyst
4+ years ESRI ArcGIS / ESRI ArcPro
Software like: ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Field Maps, Collector, Survey123
Knowledge of Python scripting for customizing ArcGIS Geoprocessing tasks
Relational database architecture, administration, and management in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, Microsoft Access, and federal enterprise systems.
Create cross-platform integration and connectivity. Build scalable websites that will connect to hosted services
Development of ASP.Net WCF Web-services for GIS- based applications
Spatial Analyst Extension for ArcGIS (for working on Rasters)
Experience Editing and Analysis of Spatial Data in ArcPro
Experience with Linear Referencing
Experience with Data Projection into different coordinate systems
Experience Spatial data management in ArcGIS Pro
Experience with ArcGIS Online AppBuilder (Custom Applications, Dashboards, Story Maps, etc.)
ESRI Geoprocessing Tools; knowledge of all tools being used for the migration of data to different platforms.

DUTIES:
Analytics, Development, and Administration: Enhancing and maintaining GIS web applications created for EFLHD, NPS, and other partners for viewing and analyzing GIS data.
The spatial data is maintained in File Geodatabases and other tabular data is maintained in SQL Server. As a part of this responsibility, upgrading to the latest
versions of Microsoft IIS, ArcGIS Server, and SQL Server is required to maintain the web application to the latest standards.
Maintaining and enhancing visualization projects to help the agency and its partners understand data in a better way.
Keeping abreast of other Web application tools that may be developed and will apply these tools when necessary to accomplish the data-centric decision-making process.
Most of the work will involve using ESRI ArcPro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise for support and developmental needs. Occasional support must also be provided for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational database systems.
Creation of Raster Catalogs from existing rasters
Building and designing Geodatabases
Development in ArcPro. Add-ins using ArcObjects .NET API
Installation and management of ArcGIS Server for Server and Portal extension
Creation and management of services for ArcGIS Server and Portal extension
Development of GIS web applications using ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and VertiGIS
Installation and management of ArcSDE
Creation and management of enterprise Geodatabases using ArcSDE and Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle
Google Earth and KML/KMZ
Knowledge of Python scripting for customizing ArcGIS Geoprocessing tasks
