Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. This role requires a proactive approach to legal research, litigation, and client representation. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, opinion letters and contracts.
• Assist in litigation processes by preparing for trials and hearings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on cases and projects.
• Utilize Westlaw for efficient legal research and case management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Real Estate Law desired but not required.
• Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for drafting precise legal documents.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads.
