Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company in litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and support.
- Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.
- Flexibility to work hybrid. Attend court when needed.
Requirements: - Active bar license in Ohio.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy.
- Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
