Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant at She’s Happy Hair, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of our store. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing them with personalized advice on hair extensions, products, and care.
Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of She’s Happy Hair’s product offerings, including Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian hair, as well as the differences between raw and processed hair.
Customer Education: Educate customers on proper hair care techniques to ensure product longevity.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers receive top-notch service.
Store Maintenance: Assist with keeping the store well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, especially in the beauty or hair industry, is preferred.
Product Knowledge:A strong understanding of different types of hair extensions and hair care is a plus.
Sales Skills:Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a strong aptitude for upselling.
Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting fellow team members and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
