About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Business Development Officer to spearhead its global sales teams. Candidates for the Chief Business Development Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A successful candidate will have a background in the global academic and/or learning content industry, with experience in diverse cultural environments and a solid understanding of global market dynamics. The role demands excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. The Chief Business Development Officer will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and must be prepared for frequent travel, including international.
