Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company culture and values. The responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with TA and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
