Our mission is to collect gently used clothing and household items while promoting sustainability by recycling garments that might otherwise end up in landfills or incinerators. By working with civic groups, religious organizations, and municipalities, we provide valuable fundraising opportunities that benefit communities.

As a Fundraising Coordinator fo r clothing drives, t ravel within market and territory is required, some out of market travel may be necessary. Competitive pay, attainable bonus incentives, healthcare benefits, PTO and more!

Othe r e ssential responsibilities Include:

• Develop prospect lists, cultivate relationships (not limited to) schools, churches, PTO/PTAs, sports
• Meet targets and objectives established by the Fundraising Director
• Educate communities about the clothing drive program, recycling, and sustainable practice
• Organize fundraising campaigns and celebrate the team's achievements
• Work collaboratively with local school districts, churches and non-profits
• Speak at booster club meetings, PTO/PTAs, schools, churches, non-profits
• Document daily activity and confirmed clothing drives into CRM, work with clothing drive team to ensure execution
• 75-100 contacts per week including: visits, voicemail, phone, email, text and video calls
• 16 plus new drives per month average after 26 weeks training
• Attend bi-weekly teleconference call/sales-meeting with Sales Director
• Cold call to solicit clothing drives in territory using associated demographic map
• Submit weekly reports
• Ensure all clients have linked to our social media, provided feedback of drive and recommendations

Education, Experience, Training Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent and some college
• Previous fundraising and or sales experience
• Non-profit, booster club, or PTO/PTA experience a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
