This position will collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize both departmental and company goals and objectives. The Global Security Project Coordinator will interface with Global Security Key Stakeholders to plan and prioritize activities.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:Drive global client services department projects in support of department initiative and collaborate with key stakeholders and partnersLead projects, create charter and objectives, delegate tasks, track progresses, and implement enhancementsProvide support to service leadership team on various project related tasks Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure global security follows procurement strategies and departmental processes, policies, and best practicesEstablish accurate tracking system and documentation of all ongoing global services projects (e.g., productivity improvement measures from development of scope to project end); manage vendor relationships; ensure established deliverables are metDevelop and deploy internal services training to AUS and client Global TeamsManage documents and/or images in G-Suite and provides assistance and/or training for Global TeamsAssure compliance with applicable section of AUS Standard Operating Procedures and Policy ManualProvide support and coordinate various tasks related to the Mergers and Acquisitions program and Corporate AuditsLead Global Collaboration Teams, while providing recommendationsIdentify and lead process improvements and step reduction opportunitiesIdentify and implement new innovation opportunities (e.g., incident tracking, streamlining processes to improve working environment for client employees)Measure and conduct data analysis and reports results (employee concerns, safety issues, and security issues), while making recommendations to senior managementDevelop and manage Client Service Global content on Central Employee Connection, Slack and other communication toolsFormal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationMust possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, any/all licenses, certifications, certificates required by lawType and Length of Specific Experience Required:Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience and/or similar experience, preferably within the security field at a tech companyWork history to include all of the following:Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow upConsulting with internal/external business clientsPrioritization and use of available tools to manage high volumesAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projectsKnowledge and Skills Required:Effective oral and written communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office ApplicationsWork Successfully, Culturally & EthicallyActive listeningAssess and evaluate situations effectivelyIdentify critical issues quickly and accuratelyResearch, investigate, compile informationWrite informatively, clearly and accurately Advanced CreativitySetting and achieving goalsAttention to detailPlanning and organizingProblem solvingProofreading & Editorial SkillsEncourage effective teamworkSynthesize facts, concepts, principlesCompile, sort, and interpret dataCommunicative and Collaboration SkillsOutstanding team playerOTHER RELATED ATTRIBUTES THAT WOULD ENHANCE HIRING CONSIDERATION:These are other criteria that may enhance the hiring decision but would not rule out the candidate for consideration if not present.Bachelor's degree in organizational managementWorking knowledge of best practice processes and involvement in one or more security projectPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:Environment: Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expectedMajor activity: Working on PC while sitting; telephone usePhysical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching, and reaching.Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by lawReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsSalary: $95k / yearAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
