Diversicare provides post-acute care services to patients and residents at 61 skilled nursing and long-term care centers in eight states, primarily in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest United States. • Create high-quality visual content, including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns that align with our brand and business development goals.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Design engaging and persuasive sales collateral that supports lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
• Work closely with VP communications to translate business objectives into effective design solutions.Collaborate with marketing team and subject matter experts within the company to produce integrated campaigns
• Assist in the development of visual concepts for new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Work with external vendors, such as printers and freelancers, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Travel is required.

• BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or business development environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimally
• Experience in Photography and videography (+ related Adobe programs, i.e. Lightroom, etc.) a plus
• Experience with web design and digital media production (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to develop innovative and visually appealing designs that tell a story and drive leads and engagement with our target audiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital, and print.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Wordpress experience preferred.
• Video editing preferred.
• Photography preferred.
