Recertification visit: $110
Discharge Oasis: $100
Evaluation: $100

Requirements for joining our team include:
Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program state licensure
Minimum of one (1) year of experience
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and insured automobile
