Inside Sales Representative Location: Austin Job Description Four Hands, the leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking for an energetic, personable, relationship builder to join our Sales Team.
IN THIS ROLE
Partner with cross functional teams, including Territory Account Executives, to help support and execute sales strategies that ensure account growth and revenue results
Develop strong partnerships with customer base
Manage full sales-cycle, including order processing, shipments, claims, and other customer inquiries
Help process new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
Grow account base with new customers through prospecting, use of CRM tools, and constant communication to Territory Account Executives
Promptly respond to emailed inquiries with well written, concise emails answering questions, offering solutions, and addressing concerns
Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
Effectively communicate with customers when inventory constraints and/or quality issues impact timely fulfillment of orders
Educate and mentor the Four Hands customer on Four Hands processes, business development and partnership, marketplace trends, and product knowledge
Maintain strong working partnership with Sales Support
Analyze and track customer performance, revenue, and gross margin
Assist with onsite customer showroom visits
Attend quarterly markets and sales meetings
Additional travel may be required as directed by management

Job Requirements THE IDEAL PERSON
2-4 years of experience in sales, B2B preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of potential audiences clearly, concisely and intelligently
Ability to determine daily priorities and focus time/effort accordingly
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity and the desire to stay an actively engaged listener
Exhibit a friendly and flexible manner working with all cross functional teams and customers while maintain our core values
**This is a hybrid role and will require both remote and in office work
