Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver highquality automation. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for leading project workstreams analyzing data and information and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to deliver solutions that address client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing with a strong track record of project management and data analysis. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of Automation consulting such as strategy transformation digitization or technology.
Responsibilities & tasks for this role:
- Lead project workstreams managing the project scope budget and timeline
- Analyze data and information and make recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop solutions that address client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- As a Senior Consultant you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle.
- Lead projects independently or work as a part of a team on larger programs.
- Responsible for managing client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all projectrelated activities.
- You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders including project teams subject matter experts and business users.
- You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
- Testing and reviewing new functionalities and application possibilities of the Celonis EMS & UiPath Process Mining.
Requirements
Musthave qualifications & competencies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing
- You have handson experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining
- Strong track record of project management and data analysis
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of Automation Consulting such as strategy transformation digitization or technology.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with an advanced degree preferred.
- Availability to travel.
