Since its origin, the educational group has implemented educational ideas and working models from renowned schools to refine China's early education system and create the nation's most prestigious establishment of bilingual early education.The group has more than 50 campuses in 18 cities across China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and others.About the roleThe International Kindergarten Principal leads campus operations, supporting staff, engaging with parents, and ensuring academic excellence. Key duties include planning, curriculum oversight, enrollment, staff and budget management, and promoting school programs. The role also involves assisting with marketing strategies to boost campus growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operation and long-term strategic planning of the campusSupervise and support teaching staff, ensuring academic standards and staff developmentMaintain effective communication with parents and external community stakeholdersOversee curriculum implementation and school-wide program developmentEnsure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for studentsCollaborate with the regional leadership team on budgeting, enrollment, and marketing strategiesManage and evaluate all school programs and activities, including emergency proceduresDrive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the campusRequirementsMaster’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in school leadership or academic managementStrong background in early childhood education, preferably with international experienceTEFL/TESOL or Montessori certification preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teamsFlexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetSalary and BenefitsMonthly salary of 32,000 to 36,000 RMB (includes housing allowance and RMB 1,590 tax contribution) commensurate with experience and qualificationsQualified candidates with significant experience may be eligible for an additional RMB 1,000–1,500 per monthPaid winter and summer vacationsFull work visa sponsorshipHealth insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesPerformance-based bonuses
