Responsibilities: Facilitates or guides a software development in an Agile/Scrum environment under direct supervision from more senior scrum masters. Collaborates/communicates with team members to focus on improving team effectiveness. Responsible for engaging in discussions and decision making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution. Demonstrates expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders. Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager. Required Qualifications: Current Secret level clearance. Expertise in one or more programming languages. Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE). Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Pay Range: Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
