ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Meet with clients using ZOOM, on the phone, and occasionally in person in the office (never outside the office) to understand their specific health insurance needs and provide a personalized recommendation with our in-house-created customizable spreadsheets.
Sales Development: Drive sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling health insurance with other lines of insurance, such as Home-Owners, Auto, Business Insurance and Liability policies.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, not only at the beginning of our relationship, but throughout the years.
Policy Administration: Manage client policies, updates, and renewals with details and accuracy.
Light Market Research: Stay informed about the latest developments in the health insurance industry to be able to offer informed advice to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of California - a Property and Casualty License is a BONUS!
Experience: Previous experience in health insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting the diverse needs of clients.
Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced office environment focusing on team collaboration.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail when reviewing policies and sharing complex information.
