Our client, an international manufacturing company focused on sustainability and innovation, is seeking a direct hire Meeting & Event Manager to support their busy office!
About the Job:
*Plan and execute meetings and events to strengthen partner and stakeholder relationships.
*Coordinate all logistics including A/V and room set-up, menu and décor selection, and collaborating with external vendors.
*Manage invitation lists and RSVP's, serving as the point-of-contact for attendees and internal staff.
*Responsible for in-person and virtual event scheduling, both on-site and at off-site locations.
*Create and track project timelines, providing administrative support and follow-up as needed.
About You:
*6+ years of hands-on meeting/event planning experience are required; CMP certification is preferred.
*Ability to work closely with partners and stakeholders from around the world.
*Ability to travel domestically for off-site meetings.
*Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
About the Position and Benefits:
*$90K-$100K annual salary (DOE).

*100% onsite in Washington, DC with 10%-15% domestic travel.
