As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students with special needs in a virtual learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Individualized Instruction: Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring engaging and accessible online instruction.

Innovative Teaching Strategies: Adapt and utilize a variety of online teaching methods, tools, and resources to actively engage students with disabilities, fostering their academic success in a remote setting.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with parents, virtual team members, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom experience for all special education students.

Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate student progress through online assessments, making data-driven adjustments to instructional strategies to promote continuous growth in a virtual learning space.
