We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Front Desk team member with initiative to join our Wailuku Clinic 'Ohana!

We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui serving a great need in our community. We provide high quality Physical, Occupational, and ABA Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities and are looking for someone to join our front desk who shares our passion for helping children. As part of our administrative team, you will be point of contact for our families and helping to ensure their scheduling needs are met. The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, a great listener, team player, and pay meticulous attention to detail.

• Answer phone calls, using your amazing communication skills and create rapport with our families
• Complete new patient intake with your impeccable attention to detail
• Help educate families on why therapy is important
• Greet patients and family and make them feel welcome at check-in while collecting copays and reviewing contact information
• Review our policies and procedures with our families to make sure they understand and agree with them
• Schedule patients according to their agreed upon plan of care, utilizing your strong organizational skills
• File documents electronically, send faxes, and request medical records as needed
• Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and comfortable for our kiddos, families, and staff
• Make sure supervisor and colleagues are up-to-speed and on the same page with all front desk updates and communication

• Front Desk experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunity for weekly bonuses based on % of arrivals
• Location: Wailuku, HI 96793 In person
• Experience: Customer service, 1 year (Preferred)
