Summary: Provides administrative assistance to Production Control Department. Assists department function in data entry, document control, data administration. Interacts with production, shipping and sales departments to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

Assists department function under management instructions such as,

• Data entry. Receives report about daily production, material usage, down time records, QC analysis data and daily throughputs of production lines from all 4 plants and check those accuracy. Then, inputs daily production, material usage, down time records, QC analysis data and daily throughputs of production lines from all 4 plants.

• Production Report. Generates production daily and weekly reports and check those accuracy. Provides production report to Production Control Manager. Generate other reports as needed.

• Data updating. Updates and maintains the latest data files which are Microsoft Excel and linked intricately.

• Document. Maintains department documents of above records, product standard, item master and other reports. Some documents could be data files.

• Other duties and projects as assigned related to production control. Qualification and Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel formula and Power Point.

• Previous related office experience.

• Previous food industry experience or knowledge of food manufacturing processes and procedures desirable.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English, also Spanish desirable.

Education:

• Some college class or business courses. Bachelor’s degree desirable.

Physical Demands:

• Those usually associated with an office position.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • 8:30AM- 5:30PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Previous food industry experience or knowledge of food Manufacuring processes.

Proficient in Microsoft office. excellent understanding of Excell formulas and power point

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Ability to Commute:

  • Irvine, CA 92697 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Irvine, CA 92697: Relocate before starting work (Required)
