As we continue to thrive, our focus now shifts towards Wilmington, NC, as part of our strategic expansion within North Carolina. This year, we're excited to embark on a specific set of projects, extending our influence and leveraging our expertise in the specialized niche of designing and building recreational facilities for some of the largest developments in NC.

It's an exceptional opportunity for those seeking to make a tangible impact and accelerate their journey towards senior management and executive roles.
We are in search of an individual to join our team and play a crucial role in our expansion efforts in NC. This position requires an understanding of commercial construction and familiarity with the design-build lifecycle.
We are seeking a Client Relations Construction Lead to drive our expansion efforts and strengthen client relationships within our new division. This role is pivotal in delivering excellence in commercial construction projects, where an understanding of construction processes is valued, and design responsibilities are managed by our corporate office and dedicated external teams.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain trusting, professional relationships with clients, ensuring open communication to preempt and resolve issues promptly, aiming for strong endorsements.
Meeting Leadership : Facilitate and lead various meetings including project reviews, progress discussions, and Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) sessions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and distribution of meeting minutes.
Change Management : Handle change requests, liaising with subcontractors for accurate pricing and schedules, and managing the approval process with owners and architects.
Safety Culture : Champion a culture of safety within the project teams, promoting an injury-free environment and conducting necessary retraining following incidents.
Financial Oversight : Oversee financial aspects, including subcontractor and owner payments, project cost forecasting, and identifying budget discrepancies to enhance financial performance.
Preconstruction and Planning : Support preconstruction activities, including scope development, bid package creation, and ensuring a smooth transition from estimating to construction.
Project Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation covering budget, schedule, legal, quality, and safety considerations.
Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular reports and analyses on project status and profitability.
Collaboration : Ensure alignment and effective teamwork among all project parties, including subcontractors, design professionals, and vendors.

RFI and Risk Management : Manage the Request For Information process and collaborate with logistics and risk management teams to ensure project success.
Site and Team Management : Lead multiple project teams, ensuring the effective administration of complex projects and fostering collaboration between Superintendents and the project team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on client relationships and project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and project parties.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., Procore), and scheduling software.
A solid understanding of construction management principles, risk management, and the ability to apply lean processes.
