Optimizes performance for frontline staff through didactic, elbow side support, and just-in-time educational opportunities inclusive of clinical performance and documentation. Collaborates with subject matter experts in defined specialty at system and site level to facilitate alignment of specialty care delivered with current evidence and system standards.afety.
