Responsibilities:
1. Assist with customer inquiries in person, over the phone and through social media.
2. Support the team by scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and providing product information.
3. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our full line of vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers.
4. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies.
6. Perform administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications

4. Sales experience would be a plus but is not mandatory.

Requirements
We encourage applications from motivated individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and a relentless drive for success. While prior experience in sales, a call center, or a Business Development Center (BDC) is strongly preferred, candidates without this experience but who demonstrate a strong potential for business development will also be considered. A crucial part of this role involves creating and sustaining strong customer relationships, so excellent communication skills are essential.
To thrive in this role, you'll require:
• Robust computer and phone skills - proficiency in using CRM tools would be advantageous.
• Experience in appointment setting - you'll be scheduling, confirming, and following up on customer appointments regularly.
• Great communication skills - your core tasks will involve extensive communication via phone, text, and email.
• Exemplary organizational skills - you'll be responsible for managing incoming leads and maintaining consistent communication.
• Multi-tasking ability - you'll balance various tasks simultaneously, from managing leads and setting appointments to carrying out follow-ups and more.
• A collaborative spirit - we prize team players who can work harmoniously with managers, the sales department, and other colleagues.
