• Assist with event setup, booth organization, and product displays to ensure an inviting and professional atmosphere.
• Engage with event attendees to provide information about our products and services.
• Support the sales team by answering questions, demonstrating products, and promoting brand values.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
• Assist with inventory management, keeping track of stock and replenishing displays as needed.
• Collect customer feedback to improve event experience and identify sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Quick problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Previous experience in customer service, events, or sales is a plus but not required.
