ProCare Therapy Benefits/Compensation:

• Starting hourly pay rate of $18+/hr depending on experience, education, and area
• Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 Employee

Everyday Duties:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
• Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

Job Details and Requirements

• Full-time
• Preferably with experience in Life Skills and Autism.
• Could be some Toileting and Diapering
• Some life skills and/or autistic support

Interview Process:

• 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
• 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
• Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
• You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
