PK Property Services, LLC is looking for a 2nd shift Special Projects Manager.
This great position is a full time Monday through Friday 8-hour a day and be able to work some weekends. Must be flexible with hours.
The Janitorial special Services/Project manager's main responsibility is to manage in the daily operation of specific contract services delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner. The duties of this job include floor maintenance, scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, window washing, concrete floor specialties and potentially more.
Must have valid driver's license.
Must be flexible with the scheduled start time anywhere from 4pm and up (until work is done)
