Tier4 is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing a variety of technology projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As an IT Project Manager, you will be a utility player, capable of handling diverse responsibilities from reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) to managing complex technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery in line with client expectations and company standards.
• SOW Review: Review and analyze Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and expectations.
• Blueprint Understanding: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project blueprints, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired outcomes, and develop strategies to address these gaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and foster strong working relationships.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including team members, budget, and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and project health metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an enterprise IT Project Manager, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Expertise with project management tools such as the MS Suite or Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with SOW review, requirements gathering, blueprint analysis, and gap analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
